Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom country home located in Lackawaxen, PA, right on the picturesque Lackawaxen River! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot for you.

Our home offers two comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a good night's sleep for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with three twin-sized beds. We can also push the 2 beds together into a larger King setup.
The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Slide into the large leather sofa while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the propane fired heaters and enjoy the warmth during the colder months. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a dining table where you can gather for meals or game nights.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
Step out the front door onto the spacious deck and take in the breathtaking mountain views. It's the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Feel free to use the
Guests will have full access to our private 2 bedroom guesthouse, front deck and rear patio.
You're welcome to explore our property all the way down to the rushing waters of the Lackawaxen river. Feel free to enjoy our riverfront deck & adjacent fire pit.
Please pay attention to the clearly marked property boundaries. Our neighbors are very particular about their privacy.
* We do not have cellular. Please plan accordingly. The wifi signal is very fast and reliable.
* The Hot Tub, BBQ, fire pit and other amenities are for your convenience and enjoyment. We do our best to ensure they're clean, maintained and in proper working condition for your stay. We're unable to offer any refunds or discounts if any of these amenities are not available during your stay.
* We have a very friendly dog named "Luna". She's often around the property off leash. She's may bark at first, but she's great with people, kid's and other dogs.
* Please pay attention to the marked property boundaries and do not wonder onto our neighbors lands. They are very particular about their privacy.

June-23 2024The Airstream was comfortable, modern and so cozy! It was so peaceful falling asleep to the faint sounds of water flowing on the Lackawaxen River. I also enjoyed sipping my morning tea on the adjacent patio while listening to a variety of singing birds. Such a relaxing and meditative place! I’m planning to come back again in a couple of months!

We enjoyed hiking the Tusten Mountain Trail, biking a part of the MacDade and soaking in the hot tub after. Richard was responsive and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Also will add, Luna their pup is a lovebug!

The area around the airstream was gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging out inside with candles and listening to the rain even when the weather was rough! Richard was responsive throughout and helpful with recommendations!

August-03 2024The value was great but was a little pricey. It was worth it for a one time stay. Everything was as he described. Clean, orderly and well written instructions for everything inside the camper and outside. We arrived in the dark and they left lights on for us which made it super easy to find with his instructions. Such a beautiful place near the river. We were thankful there was no one staying in the cottage on the other side of the hot tub. Might have felt a little too close. Hot tub was crystal clear and lovely. If I had extra money to spend, I would visit again. We didn’t meet anyone on the property but Richard was very responsive to questions. Thank you for a great stay!

His small home away from home was literally breathtaking, his instructions on everything in and out of the home were super detailed. Very quiet, clean, organized and easy access to everything. Richard was super flexible with us and made our stay very smooth. We will be returning very soon
