Our home is professionally cleaned before and after every stay, clean linens and towels are provided.
Street parking is generally quite easy. We're a 5 min walk from the F/G subway line and a 15min ride to Lower Manhattan or 30 min to Midtown Manhattan. We're located 35 minutes away from JFK and LGA airports.
We are pet friendly but charge a pet fee for each pet.
You have full access to the first floor level of our home with your own private entrance. Per New York City's short term rental regulations, we do live in the house with separate access to leave and enter so not to disturb your stay and we're able to provide you with a maximum amount of privacy for your stay.

* Please follow our detailed "Trash Guidelines".
* Use of the sleeper sofa is only included in reservations where the "extra guest fee" has been paid. If you would like to use the sleeper sofa please let us know ahead of time so we can handle any extra fees and have it prepared for your group in advance of your stay.
* This is an old Brooklyn Townhome. Noise easily travels throughout the house between the upper and lower floors. You will hear footsteps and perhaps conversation from upstairs. We will do our best to minimize any disruptions. Please reach out and let us know if its an issue and we'll do what we can.

July-12 2024This is a very cute place in a great neighborhood. There are lots of things to do within walking distance. Prospect Park is right across the street and it is beautiful and fun with lots to do. We went to a free night time concert in the park that was incredibly fun. The Brooklyn Museum is a brisk walk across the park and so is an awesome neighborhood called Little Caribbean. We found lots of great food nearby. The subway station is only two blocks away and you can be in Manhattan in about 30 minutes. There is a great kitchen if you want to save some money eating at home. I stayed there with a family of 5 and loved it!

The location was perfect for us with the park, shops, cafes, and a subway stop nearby, and the first floor made it easy to get in and out with the stroller. Check in and out was very easy with clear instructions provided. The hosts were very accommodating and had a pack and play set up when we arrived, and we had everything we needed to make our trip with an infant enjoyable. We hope to stay again for our next trip!
